Hey everyone, my damsel recently went down hill quick starting on Tuesday, 4 days ago, and starting having trouble swimming. Moved to a hospital tank 36 hours ago and dosed API general cure after 12 hours and have tried feeding brine shrimp twice directly in front of him with no luck. I’m not sure what else
I can do for him but hoping someone points me in the right direction, he was the first resident in my tank about 2 years ago.

Rest of the tank is happy and healthy, 15 gallon nitrites nitrates and ammonia were all in safe ranges. 78 degrees 33-35 ppt salinity.

Welcome to Reef2Reef!

All I can see is some damage to its tail. Who were its tankmates?

Also, its coloration is very dark, had it always been like that?

This is a Victim of aggression. Next time you feed,
set your cell phone on video mode for about 20 mins and drop a little food and walk away - YOU MUST walk away as they know youre there. Often the aggressor is a bully at feeding time.
Review the video and see who it may be
