No, as they are unrelated (Alveopora being in Acroporidae and Goniopora being in Poritidae)

some other Goniopora species. I have seen them IDed as G. minor, but comparing their skeleton (from CotW) with the skeleton of a piece that died in my tank, that is not it. I remember Joe Rowlett identified a similar phenotype as G. cf gracilis.

This frag was sold to me as a goniopora. It hasn't really extended much more than this. Any idea on what this is if it isn't some type of goni?


Anyway, nothing special here, just a coral I like from my tank.

Sweepin'. Lost a little color from too much direct light a couple weeks ago.

Looks similar to the "green" Bernardpora phenotype, though I I'm not sure if the green phenotype is actually Bernardpora or not

Fun fact: Those actually look to be Paragoniastrea australensis. If they were collected from Australia, then they should be that.
