I need to get a much better shot, but here's my pair of Bartlett's. The last pic is older but came out better.

The male's pink has faded a bit since I got him...any ideas on why that could be happening? I did have to remove a lot of rockwork to get it ready for the upgrade; maybe he's just less confident? Or maybe something's missing in his diet?

How long have you had the purple queens for? Are they eating anything other than zoo plankton?

I had an automatic feeder going for them and had two for about two to three months. They feeder stopped working for 3 days and one died so it couldn't have been very happy. I am very hesitant to try them again just because I don't want to kill more of those beautiful fish. Although... They would live longer in my tank then the lfs...

I have The purple queens for 10 months now
I got 3 females and one male. one starve unfortunately and one jump out after 3 or 4 months found it in he top.
I give them frozen dr G's mysis & brine twice a day an once a day frozen cepods
Time to time I see them eating pelets
The square and carbery anthias eats pelets also

So I have a question about Square Anthias. I've read that their color fades with extensive lighting. Is this true? I ask because I use some serious LED lighting that blasts my SPS but I'd love to get a school of these beautiful fish.
