To be honest the ones that I bought with great PE retained their PE, and the ones that had average PE stayed average. So I cant take much credit

I had just done a water change, I suspect the added debris in the water contributed to my PE. As OP stated these two have always had good PE, I do dose a lot of amino acids daily and feed reef roids 2x per day so that may be helping as well.

Funny thing is that only a foot away from this piece is another from the same mother colony that has almost no PE, but has much more pink coloration. Sometimes I just don't understand my sticks all that well.
