I've seen a few people post pics of this coral and they often look different than mine. I've seen other people's coral contain green, purple, red and all sorts of other colors. Mine is simply pink. I'm wondering if we have different corals, or if it is just a coral that responds quite differently to different conditions.

Let's see yours. Here's mine (my white balance is lightly bluer than it should be):

Little lower light brings out the green in it :)

You should be getting polyps with the one longer-filament in the middle. If it does not have this, then it is not like a Pinky the Bear. If it does, then it could be.

I’m glad I found this thread. I have this killer colony grown from a tiny frag and I have no idea what it was. Ill let the jury decide but I’m thinking it’s pinky. It’s got all the right colors. Super hairy, hopefully this video clip works.
