I need to ad flow to the tank it's only 29 gal. What is a decent wave maker that won't break the bank that has or has an aftermarket Nem guard for it ??!?!?

I personally always recommend jebao pumps from Amazon. Cheap, reliable, directional and programmable.

I have a SICCE Voyager Nano 1000 in my 20 gallon. It works well.

Hygger mini gyre and 3D printed nem guard is what I use

Recently using 1 jebao slw-30 on a 40g breeder which i feel is perfect (the slw-20 is suited only for a 20g long or under).

Can create 1” waves on the 40g breeder with the slw-30 butni put it one just random flow for my softy tank.
