Leveling tank question

I hired a "experienced" movers to move in and level my new 300 gallon.

Is this okay?
Some feet are like the first pic, others like the second
Tank is and was level empty and filled with water.

As long as what ever spacers they used under the feet can hold the weight then sure. I’d also back those nuts up to the stand like the bottom picture.
 
Those are just locknuts the didn't tighten. I probably wouldn't mess with it but a poor job on the pros part.

Correct.. jam nuts is the correct name.. it’s good to have those cinched up so the weight is distributed on more threads than just what’s tapped into the legs.
