There’s a store called Aquatic Jewels in Montecito.Hello,
Does anyone have suggestions for a fish shop in/near Santa Barbara, CA?
That’s the one that I found but want sure if there were moreThere’s a store called Aquatic Jewels in Montecito.
The one I mentioned in Montecito is owned by a lady, Dottie, that used to run a shop on De la Vina street in Santa Barbara. She and her business partner are very nice. It’s small but they have a nice selection of fish and coral. Not an equipment place. But they can order whatever you want. I get the impression that lots of their business is servicing tanks for the wealthy in the area. But their prices in store seems reasonable. There were two in Santa Barbara at one point. One closed in 2017 and the other was still there when I left in 2019, but it didn't survive the pandemic apparently. I used to drive to Vivid Aquariums in Thousand Oaks. There was also a place in SLO called Tropics.
Don’t go they are terrible. Probably the worst experience I’ve had with any business in this hobbyHave any of you been to Harry’s marine life?
