Light Mount (motorization)

Wanting to design and build a light rack/mount for the orphek iCons over my tank and frag tank.. I would like to be able to lift lights to allow fro tank maintenance.. my ceiling is @9.5 ft tall.. the top of the tank is @6' from the floor.. and id like the lights to be @ 16" over the top of the tank.

Thinking of 80/20 fro the frameing.. just wonder about the lift mechanism,.. recommendations, examples? please show me your lifts..
