Lighting for 48x24x24

I have a 120g tank that used to have aquaticlife T5 (2 blue plus and 2 coral plus) with two kessils a360w. Kessils were taken off about two months ago and ran tank with only T5 which were mounted about 7 inches above waterline. Tank is mostly lps and softies but also some sps. I just added two g4 xr30 pro and raised fixture to about 13-14 inches above waterline. I’m running AB+ at 30 percent now and acclimating to 50 percent over next 6 weeks.
Should I do it more slowly?
Any thoughts about mounting height?
How effective are T5 when mounted at that height?

Here's a bump for you. I don't have first hand experience with that fixture but I'm sure someone does.
