Thank you for your time,

For my fish QT, I have a small petsmart hood with a tiny light on it, barely big enough to light the whole tank. For fish all you really need is something bright enough that you can observe them without straining.

For my Coral QT I have a Kessil A80 Blue, gives good light and with the controller I can set it to an acclimation cycle and forget about it.

Typically you want fairly dim lighting for fish qt, but set to the same cycle as your display tank.

While dim lighting is good at first I recommend putting a normal light over the tank and just not turning it on for the first few days because you want to be able to clearly observe the fish for signs of disease.
