Lighting intensity

Hey guys Happy New Year! So I got my SB Reef Light extreme 16 in wifi yesterday and I'm not really sure how I should acclimate my coral to it. I originally had a aquatop skyaqua light on it. How should I ramp the new light and at what intensity?

I am using the same style I started off around 20 percent. Always go low your safe that way. 20 -30 -40 over two weeks would be my recommendation.
