Are the lights on a new model biocube 32 good enough for almost all coral?
Should I run just the blue lights part of the day since the full spectrum lights are heavily white?
Thanks as always guys

I took the hood and rim off of my biocube and bought an ai Prime for higher lighting for it.

Ai prime was about 200 the arm for it was separate and was about 17-20$. And I wouldn't say it wasn't good but mine is 32gal biocube and the ai prime has a better range its allot stronger and the biocube light imo doesn't reach the bottom of the tank aswell as the ai prime does so any coral that's lower on the tank might not get as much light as it could. So say gsp if you place it low near the sand bed the biocube light won't be as strong down there and it might not grow as quickly as you would like.

I realize this thread is over a month old, but I thought I would weigh in. My Biocube 32 with stock LED lights is more than enough to grow easy mode SPS (birds nest, montipora setosa, pocillopora) toward the top of the tank. The light is plenty sufficient for LPS and soft corals.

I run channel 1 from noon to 7pm, channel 2 from noon to 10pm, and channel 3 from 11am to 2am. The key here is to have all three channels on at the same time.
