Lighting question

I have a 600 series Acan lighting... It has white blue and mood lighting. How many hours of day should I keep it on to get max growth on my corals. Is blue better than white?

Yes running it bluer is better than running more whites. Kinda like running a 40-60% or 70-30% split
Most would run them anywhere between 8-10 hours a day.
