lighting question

I've been running ecotech lights at all blue to combat algae in a new tank. Currently I run about 10 hours with 2 hour ramp up and down. max 38%. So if i change the spectrum does the light evenly distribute the power to the new channels. In other words is it still 38% regardless of the color or does the power output increase? Here is the all blue

the reason i ask is that about once a week i will change it to 20k just so i can see what's going on
