I currently am using a hybrid light to affix multiple lights to it, however, I am changing my setup. I find myself needing to build a custom rack -- what do most folks use to build their rack with? T-slot aluminum + connectors?

Thanks!

I have a 3d printer, I didn't know if brackets would be strong enough since I'll be hanging 4 large lights on mine (2x reefbreeders 50" 2x 60" or3's)

Use ABS, 4 walls, 4 top and bottom layers and 50% gyroid infill. Been doing them this way for about 5 years. Never had one fail once I switched to ABS. I will say they became a lot nicer looking and flatter when I got an enclosed printer.

I even have a few pla+ ones still in service.

I don't print abs often but I have an enclosure to keep the heat up. Got any stl's you can share for a T-joint?
