Lighting schedule

Hello, I have two red sea 90s with the red sea mount 6 inches and I’m just curious on what light schedule everyone uses. I can’t wrap my head around it. I just purchased a micromusa that’s coming in. I have a torch coral and a couple Zoas. I have had Zoas in previously and they look dull now so I’m assuming maybe they just were not getting enough light so I turned it up. Here is my schedule any suggestions

The best way is to rent a par meter from your LFS, then you know exactly what the par is.

Or do a search online since you are using popular lights. Enter your lights and tank size into google, and you usually find something similar to your own tank size (which you didn't list) and also depends how high or low your corals are in the tank. Something like this for example, there are many more just google it:
