Lighting Schedule

Just curious what everybody's lighting schedule is. Trying to find the best schedule to put our timer on! Thanks in advance :-)
I have a 56 gallon tank
300 watt LED with red, white and blue.

Looks like that room has alot of natural sunlight from the windows? If so i would try to keep that in mind when setting your cycle. How ever i set my lights to come on a little later to stay on a little longer so i can check things out when i get home from work. Most just mimic the cycle of the sun.

From 6am-10p. 6a-11:00am, 100% Blue & 40% White. 11:01a-9:00p 100% Blue & 60% White. 9:01p-10p Moonlight. Sunrise/Sunset set to 15 mins. White % are just rough estimate, I cannot remember exactly how much.
