Depends? cheap route or expensive route. Cheap route some led strip lights. I had a koval 50 and it illuminated the tank but I'd suggest 2. Expensive: Prolly get away with a few even couple of puck lights radion 16 hydra, or whatever Kessil tuna etc. Also depends on what your trying to grow. Sps more light, depending on the type. Although I have a happy birdsnest on the floor in the corner.

Consider the airflow of your hood too. All lights produce heat, and if can't go up it will start to heat the water.

Brs tv youtibe has a lot of info on lights.

I want to purchase my lights one time, Growing wise, RBTA is what I want to grow out

I have a ATI 6 bulb fixture but its kind of
heavy to mount inside the flip hood

Can I mount the LEDs inside the hood?
Any pictures of the LED mounting inside the hood

That wood is quite chunky it is going to keep the heat in which may be a bit of an issue with the summertime temperature, you would have to cut ventilation holes and provide airflow if you want to grow red tip bubble anenome's / and or any other anenome type, as you will want T5's or leds to provide it the light they want because metal halides in that hood would be a fire hazard me thinks that too then brings a secondary problem if water evaporation could become so fast that in summer you could evaporate salt water as well as fresh I have done all of the aforementioned when I first started in marine.

Creating a strong bulwark: Did you consider floor support for your reef tank?
