My 36 gallon bowfront has been up and running for just over a year - zoas and some mushrooms are about the only things showing growth under the two 50 watt nicrew hyper reef. LPS are all surviving but very little growth.

These lights are only rated for about 128 par 24" under the fixture in air - so I know I don't have enough light for any sps corals.

My question is if two kessil a160we's would work on the tank versus two a360x's. The tank dimensions are narrow (16" wide) but deep (21")

I am also open to any other suggestions- I just don't think a photon or similar would work because of the brace but let me know your thoughts!

Thanks!
