Hi everyone my name is Nick I have had my tank for 8 months know it is a 30g water box I have a g5 smartfarm light that I need help getting set up the right way because I just got some Coral's not to long ago an I know lights are very important for them I have a torch coral,acon, pulsing Xena an zoa's an for fish I have 2 firefish,1red mandarin,1black an white cardinal an 8 dwarf blue legend hermit crabs but I really really need some help getting this light set right on all channels an brightness every thing sitting wiz so if someone can help please reach out thanks

Hi, is this the 95 watts smatfarm? I have a 100 nicrew light on my 32 gallon, so similar light similar tank. My blue's are set at 75%, and my whites at 50%, but I like a whiter looking tank so adjust the whites to your preference. If your light lets you adjust the red and green then IMO they should be about 20% ish. Corals consume mainly blue lights.

About 25 years keeping aquariums starting with freshwater, then moved on to saltwater about 19 years ago. I've got 4 saltwater tanks now, its a bit of an addiction lol

I have the smatfarm g5 and I'm running blues at 95% and whites at maybe 5%..
