Hi everyone I was wondering how long I should run my lights on my 29 gallon biocube. Ive been running the white compact fluorescent and actinic from 7am to 9pm. Them my blue leds from 9pm to 7am. Is this too long? How long does everyone run theirs?

I got a bio cube 29, I upgraded to panorama pro LEDs. 2 strips, one white and blue the other magenta. I run mine for 12 hours a day and then night lights the other 12
