I'm looking for a light for a JBJ 45 AIO. I plan on having softies, toad stools, torches, hammers, mushrooms. I just started in this hobby, I started with a nano aquarium and now I'm about get a bigger aquarium started. I'm researching lights. My understanding is that the corals I want need 50 to 100 PAR. I know AI is one of the top of the line lights. I'm looking at a hygger LED Saltwater Aquarium Light, 24/7 Mode Nano Tank Reef Light for Coral, Refugium Light with White, Blue, U-V LEDs Dimmer Timer Moonlight Mounting Bracket 2 Metal Legs 21'' Long 35W. Is this a good light?

For a 45 gallon tank, you want something with around 150 watts of power. Have a look at the nicrew 150 or 200 watt, its a good quality lower budget light.

There are others though, such as smatfarm, vivarspectra.... I've not tried these but they also have good reputation for lower budget. There are several threads about good quality low budget lights on this forum, try the search function although its not very good. Just stick to 150-200 watts and you'll grow anything in your tank. Good luck
