So I just received the star fish today. I was getting ready to put in tank and seen this on mouth. I was very care full not to let it come out water to hit the air. Is this normal or no good?

digestive mesenteries or / organ for external digestion its a sign of stress, go ahead and acclimate carefully they're salinity sensitive, really salinity sensitive I hear.

Yes i know I had one along time ago that did great. Back in 2014. Everything else looks good about it lets hope it will bounch back. Thanks

I have never owned one, wish they had tiny linkias to try in pico reefs. once during a debate on refractometers vs swingarms someone with a linkia chimed in reporting the swingarm risk in keeping such sensitive animals, that stuck w me
