Lion Fish Feeding - Super fast

So I got a new Lionfish this week, I feed him/her today and I am amazed at just how fast they are considering how little swimming they actually do.

Refrain from live guppies and goldfish which can introduce disease

I had been told mollies were good, but I am guessing that's the same as guppies?
