I have yet to to receive the ro membrane and di resin I ordered. That not LiquaGens fault it's the USPS fault.
I sent a email asking them for help. I also sent a message to @Derek A (LiquaGens r2r rep) explaining the situation. I got a quick response from Derek in email and message. After some research they are fixing the problem.
Truly great customer service. Thank you

I agree they have great customer service, but my RODI system leaked in 3 places. They sent me a return label, I just haven’t had time to drop it off at the post office yet.
