Little guidance please

Hello everyone, really just looking for some advice where to go from here. My first tank was a 3 year established 32 biocube that I just recently transferred/upgraded to a Innovative Marine 100 about 10 days ago.

Was a same day transfer... all the live rock with softies,20 gallons of water, media balls and fish. (Sixline wrasse, 2x clowns, royal beauty, watchman goby and peppermint shrimp).

I used all new sand and built up a Aquascape with macro rock, some of the live rock I put in the refugium because it all wouldn't fit in the tank. I have a new skimmer that will be here tomorrow.

My parameters are as follows.... using Hanna test

PH 7.7
Alk 6.6 w/ adding reef carbonate
phosphate .09
Ammonia .00
Nitrate 0
Salt 1.024
temp 78F
Calcium and Mag tests are on the way...

In all, the softies are doing better than ever and fish seem to be very happy. Eating well! Guess just curious where to go from here? Not planning adding anything for a while, just trying to keep things in check.

prostate is kinda low, gotta get that nitrate up, I would aim for a 0.1-0.2 prostate....

Uh, assuming you mean phosphate, I think it is fine. lol

But at this point, just let tank do its own thing? Would adding Neonitro be helpful?

I would not boost phosphate (or prostate). 0.09 is excellent.

Dosing nitrate likely won’t do any harm. I would probably just feed fish and observe and test for a while. If nitrate stays stubbornly low you can dose it or ammonium bicarbonate. I’m sure it’s just low because you greatly increased volume/surface area and have lots of new places growing new bacteria, etc.

Not if it will have access to a skimmer or return pump.

I think the best thing for rock in a sump is good water movement. Without heavy light it's not gonna grow to much of anything. You might research a small DC that you can dedicate to your rock chamber.

Yikes that looks at least from the pic to be a little underrated. You really want something that's gonna get in the nooks and keep it free and clean. I'm using one of these mostly do to the fact that I way over bought for the display. I'm a flow freak. Having something small with a controller will give you the freedom to meet that space requirement.

Prostate hypertrophy and Phosphate hypertrophy are equally bad!
