Hi,
Had a look through all the critters shown in here, but not found this guy. No change to the tank in 6 months, only thing has been adding a redsea dose4 and swapping my reefwave 25 for a 45. Now the 45 has more power and moves the sand bed a lot. So I saw it a week back suddenly so I took these pics. Then it disappeared, but it's back on the side glass. Can't get a better pic though. It's red about 1cm across. Has a small divit at the top and seems to have a black thing sticking out from under it. Should it stay or go? Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

Any chance you could pull it out of the tank in a container of tank water and get some pics from various angles? Pics facing straight-on from the top and the side would be especially helpful.

Edit: To add, it's likely a nudibranch or similar, but the pics above would help with saying for sure.

its more like a small bun/cake (Think a sweet roll from elder scrolls games haha) to be honest. Has not moved for a few days stuck to the glass.

So I got my phone in the tank and took these. Best I can get as it's a one handed job.

That almost looks like a nem or a mushroom coral of some kind. Have you seen it move or open up at all?

Nudibranch was my first guess.

It's a piece of red chewing gum..
This is my best guess too. haha. Not seen it open. The first time I saw it as per the first post was in the middle of the sand bed. It had a small hole in the top and I believe a tenticle/stick from underneath. It then disappeared for a few days and showed up where it is now. He hasn't moved or done anything. The nearest thing Ive had since starting the aquarium was a red nem. That disappeared about 9 months ago and was a lot bigger. I had forgotten about it until I just started typing. Could it be a zombie nem? Tank of the living Nem.

Well, the little red thing is still sitting there on the glass. If it does anything I will update on here. Thanks for all the input.
