Unless you want to spend all your time doing that, yes. Over time, they will reduce in numbers.

haha i appreciate the advice, one last thing, I am cycling a new bigger tank, do you recommend not moving coral that was the worms on the skeleton to the new tank?

No, typically spirobid worms are inevitable so I’d move the corals.
