Made several purchases with live aquaria over the years mainly the divers den items. But the California facility is absolutely horrible. Anything that has come from that place has come in doa. Recently had a pair of diamond gobies come in doa with sunken bellies. I noticed the California orders are coming from gardenia California harrys marine life location. Have they switched to using harrys as their California facility? Because I've had terrible terrible experience with the stuff from harrys. It would make sense.

Live Aquaria changed so much, years ago they had a real good relationship with Petco and they were flourishing, and when it fell apart with Petco, they were never the same.

Everything I got from them recently looks emaciated or at best underfed… I have no clue how someone would even bag a fish in this condition and ship it as a quality “product”…

….a legit question is if they are under proper supervision or are hiring competent employees…

My first order from liveaquaria ended in failure with it being lost in transit. I'm honestly afraid to have them ship anything else because it goes through MEMPHIS, TN hub for fedex which is notorious for losing crap.

On the plus side they instantly gave me store credit. So now what to spend $200 on and try again.

The stuff from Wisconsin hasn't been bad at all. But that California facility has been nothing but issues.
