My last 2 failed coral orders came from the Divers Den Wisconsin. So I wouldn't depend on that location as being safe and dependable.

I tried them for first time last week I ordered 4 fish and they said wont ship unless 3/4 order was ready but I got an email that 3 out of 4 fish were on hold due to covid shortage of staff. They ended up sending one fish. I did received a health fish but messed with my QT status so I went to local fish store $300 later and got 5 more fish..... Cant trust myself if I go in without a set agenda. They did refund me when I called would of preferred them to just hold until order was ready.

Overall id give them a c-. Get what you need just could be delayed. Still don't have a sand shifting goby will have to wait a few months and convince my girlfriend to allow me to setup my fish qt tank again...
They did the same thing to me. I ordered 4 anthias. They said they didn’t have enough to fill my order so they would send my order when they 3/4 if it. The next day I got an email that my order was shipped. The next day I received one fish and a cleaner shrimp I did not order. I called them and was told they didn’t know why my order was shipped and why I received the shrimp and was given a credit for the theee fish. Then the day after that I got an email saying the original fish I ordered were back in stock. So I ordered them and received two fish. Each time I was also charged shipping and another box fee instead of just waiting for my fish to be there and send them all together. I swear they do that on purpose so that they can keep charging you the shipping and box fees each time

I have used them with mixed results. This month I got 4 fish and 1 coral. Coral is doing fantastic. 3 of the 4 fish are alive. 2 I don't see much. 4th one, a small court jester goby might be alive in the tank somewhere as I have a ton of places it could be. At first I had 2 fish out of 4 out, then 1 wrasse disappeared and I was bummed that 1 other wrasse seemed it. Then I saw the royal gramma a week later and a couple days later, saw the other wrasse living in a paly hill. So this last time was a good experience.

I have had losses and they 've always credited my account. I have trouble with frozen food. When it arrives thawed I get credit, so I've always had good service when I've had orders that didn't make it. I don't think they are any worse than any other on line service.

Bro there is a thread on here where they shipped somebody a plain bag of water haha. Another where they shipped a full white/dead acro colony. You can’t make this stuff up. Run Forest run!! :rolling-on-the-floor-laughing:
They removed the threads shortly after mentioning this. I came back here to find the links because I posted them here, seems the moderators are hard at work.
To bad, those were many ears old just poof gone.
