So disappointed with Live Aquaria. I will never order from them again . Ordered a $229 rose anemone. On Dec. 2, 2019 it arrived a few days later (and received $14.00 in reward points) It Died at three weeks. One week after live quarentee . Lost all that money. Then On March 1st. I Wanted to place another order . Couldn't find my rewards. Found out I was hours too late. I lost all my points at Midnight on Feb. 29th. A live chat and an email did no good. It was like sorry about your luck. No consideration for years if doing business with them. Like I said completely disappointed and a very unhappy customer.

Thanks for getting back with me so soon. I have talked to Jacob. Not only did he apologize but I got my rewards credit back and an additional $25. Yeah!!! So I will continue to shop at Live Aquaria. I feel so much better now. Thanks again
