Try viewing all the ip addresses on your network and figure out which one is your camera, then access it through your browser...or set up the camera's ip address and your port forwarded in the cameras network settings if you can. Then just port forward that port (in your router page) to the cameras ip address and you should be able to access it from your dyndns account the same as your apex but use the port for the camera instead.
