Live sand and cloudy water, can I add Fritz Turbostart now?

Hi, new build. Got everything setup, temp is 78, salinity 35. Added live sand earlier today, tank is a cloudy mess. I have Turbostart 900 and Dr. Tim’s ammonium chloride. Can I start to cycle with super cloudy tank after adding live sand to saltwater?
