I saw a post this afternoon saying that liveaquaria.com is back up and running today (Monday 11/3/25). Haven't checked to see if it is or not.

The site is back up with a “we’re sorry” discount but no explanation whatsoever of what happened and I’m not usually suspect like this but this is definitely a red flag for me!

Dr. Reef. I just got an order in. I didn't get one fish because they said it didn't pass inspection. I appreciate the honesty.

Wondering if they filed bankruptcy and reopened to continue operating, paying debtors a small portion of money owed.

I used to purchase from BlueZooAquatics all the time. Never had any trouble with fish from there.

Wow they are back up that’s insane. Don’t know if I will order anything from there though lol

Anyone have orders that went through still?

I saw the writing on the wall years ago . I ordered a box of fish and they were doa on arrival . No heat packs . Had to call for refund . Sure no problem . I didnt order again from them , didn’t want to subject more fish to their carelessness or indifference

I've bought from Salty's and Harry's Marine Life. I was happy with both.

Liveaquaria is still playing games with their customers. Sending out incomplete orders and only issuing store credit. I think I'm going to adapt this strategy. When I sell corals, I'll hold off sending couple of frags. When buyer complains, I'd issue store credit only. I just doubled my sales. Buyers have to buy again to use store credit.
