Can you help me to understand what is meant by pre-conditioned livestock? Is there a minimum time period that the livestock are kept at the facility before they are shipped? Do you make sure they are eating prepared foods before they are shipped?

Yes all conditioned fish have gone through freshwater bath and kept in prazi and metroplex for 1 week. 2nd week in sterile tanks to make sure they are eating and healthy before shipping.

Does this mean I will only have to worry about copper treatment? I follow Humble fish QT plan of 2 weeks of copper power with metroplex, followed by a move to a new tank to treat with prozipro. With fish from you, I can skip the prozipro step?

You still recommend fish like anthias and chromis to be purchased fully QT, correct?

That is correct. 2 weeks of copper will all you need to completely call them qted.
All our captive bred livestock plus chromis and Lyretail anthias, dispar anthias are 100% qted regardless of the 2 sites.

We have suppliers in Hawaii but they cannot sell us banned fish. They are allowed to sell us very limited livestock but in couple of months it will all change as ban has been lifted and permits are about to be issued.

Yes ban is over. They are in process of getting permits issued. If all goes well Hawaii fish will be available within likely in jan or Feb 2026
