I have had good experience in general but the past few shipments this year have not been good. DOA on almost all orders and the live ones all looked pretty rough. Not sure if something have changed.
Most of my orders this year have had doa's too.
Now customer service is taking a hard line on a coral that came in not as described and dead.
They want me to give it atleast 7-9 days to see if it comes back to life.

I've bought almost all my fish from live aquaria. Mainly bc there 14 day gaurantee is way better any LFS will offer. Saying that, prob about 25% of the fish I got didnt last a week. And prob 50% of my shipments had a DOA. The good news is I've never lost a fish after a week. So if it wasn't for their gaurantee I would never buy from them. With the gaurantee I feel they are more fool proof for my wallet then the LFS. I have to say I believe all the deaths were from shipping stress and not from any single kind of dieses.

I like Liveaquaria because they have some of the best prices, free shipping at $100 and the 14 day guarantee and discounts on top of that. I’ve had many fish die from my LFS. Some my fault.

I didn’t realize they had killer prices on frozen foods. The $19.99 shipping charge makes up for that, though.
