Lobo expelling guts

Decided to take a flashlight to my tank and saw this lobo expelling it’s guts like crazy. Anyone else experience this? I’ve seen them out of the mouth but never from the outside of the flesh like this. Second photo of the lobo a few weeks before

Looks like a scold to me and what you see are filaments.
Assure you have moderate light and sufficient water flow. Feed 2-3x a week with mysis shrimp or similar

Looks like a Scoly not a Lobo. Looks like something tore into it's body opening up.
