Lobo is having problems

I also made the mistake of trimming the big wavy coral in the tank and my leather coral shrunk. it is alive but has no expanded. I had to change the water. I guess I am learning but things went from perfect to about 1 week of chaos. zalso my Anemone loved to eat and now it dos not want to eat. I am going to as you suggested leave it along. I love the hobby and I have been trying to take care of everything as best a s possible.
