I fixed my first question. But, while calibrating it, where do I turn it to on the screw? Initially, what should I put the numbers on the right to?

You have to adjust the lens by turning the end while looking through it. Turn it either direction until it's clear. Looking at the light through the right angle will also help. There should be a manual in the box too that explains all of this in detail.

what does the bottle of calibration solution say it matches to? Always match your calibration directly to the solution used.

When you calibrate it you adjust it so it reads whatever you are calibrating it to. If you are using RODI water then you would turn the screw so it reads 0.0. If you are using 35ppt solution then you would adjust it so it reads 35ppt

Also whatever your testing seems to be way low. What are you shooting for.
Yeah lol, I hadn’t calibrated it, that was the solution and i twisted it wrong. When being calibrated, the numbers in the right are supposed to be 35 right?
