The owner of the coral farm has a colony thats like 3 feet long in his 900 display. Quite impressive.
When you disturb one side does it cause a wave through the whole colony?

If its a big enough disturbance. If I just brush up against it, it is kind of a localized response. If I really bump it, the whole colony responds, although there is a delay which is also cool.

I need a pulsing sinularia, it seems.
I really want one, but I'm ready to be a little more patient and wait until I move my tank and it settles/setup as a stabilize a couple more tanks. As such I hope several people will be inspired and get some, so there will be more videos and I can live vicariously through others;)

I just got this colony so I want to grow it out a lot more before fragging. I only frag my corals if things get crowded. Maybe someday. But if the marinefarmers doesn't work, contact Todd at Reef Systems in New Albany Ohio. That's my source.

I think they have tried to getting online sales going from time to time but i think they're too busy to get it up and stable. The owner said he is planning on setting up an online only system so he doesn't have to track online inventory vs local sales. If you call, he may still put together an order and ship, but being local I'm not 100% on that
