Long clear worms

Sorry for the no pics in advance. I just noticed a long clear worm poking out from my live rock reaching up toward my Zoa. It retracted once the light hit it. Didn’t look like a bristle worm. Any chance it’s just a simple peanut worm or should I FW dip the live rock? So far as I can tell it’s not hurting anything that I can see.

Possibly a peanut worm. Though normally the ones ive had are darker or brown.
Usually out at night until the light hits them.
That’s what this one does. It may be brown I’m not good with color. Could it be anything I should worry about?
