Long tentacle anemone sick?

I’ve never seen it half deflated like this - been in the tank about 3 months - in this spot - sorry about the algae lom

Please can someone advise?

It was sold to me as a green sand anemone - it’s inflated back up now though

This would explain why it hasn’t attached to the sand
