Hi my name is Scott and I'm a reefaholic. The first time I saw corals in home aquaria I was like, looks like fun but couldn't happen to me. Now I'm a full blown coral junky. My ex girlfriend got me my first tank. I didn't want anything to do with it. With in a week she was no longer aloud to touch it. It was my own, my precious. 3 months later I upgraded that 40g cube for a 6' 120g. This is where my addiction really started to dig in deep. Every morning I would read forums and watch YouTube videos, soaking up as much info as I could. When I got off work I would spend most my free time tinkering with my reef. Friends would come over and all I wanted to talk about was this fish blah n that coral bleh. I was in deep. It took me moving across the valley to a new house to break me of my habit. I'm happy to say that today, thanks to Apex and much research my new 500g reef is almost totally automated and I have rentered society as a fully functioning reefaholic.
