Hi, I currently have a 75 gallon with 2 clowns, a copperband, a strawberry pseudo, a flame angel, and a chromis. I would really like to add a longhorn cowfish, but I have heard that they might eat other fish, inverts, and corals. I am aware that I would have to rehome him eventually, I just want to know if he would kill everything like the LFS store said he would. Thanks in advance.

They don’t always eat corals but it might eat inverts.

The biggest problem is that if they get very stressed, they will release toxins and kill your whole tank. And in a tank that size it will likely get stressed very easily.

I wouldn't keep one in a 75g IMO. Longhorn cowfish can get rather huge (up to 16 plus inches), and a 75g is too small for a fish that size.

This thread has more information about these fish and recommendations on them as well!
