So I've been searching around online to add a bit of color to my tank. Does anyone have any good picks? I've picked a few from WWC that I like but I'm limited to corals that do good in low-med flow and light as my rocks are a bit full. Sand bed corals are what I'm going for :)

Ones I've been looking at

Blastos are awesome! Love the ones I have. Elegance will fit those light/flow needs as well. Candy cane/trumpet corals as well. Acans may work if can get a flat rock and put a few on for them to grow across.

I have 2 different acans on my sand bed up against rocks for them to grow on. I also have a striped candy cane :o looking to add a bit more color though haha

your lying to yourself.... this hobby doesn't know what "buying a few corals" means

yeah you're telling me -.- last time i went to get a leather I got 4... sigh.... last order from WWC was 7 corals hahahaha

The corals in the sand are some times the funfest of buying corals

yeah I'm just a little worried because someone mentioned that acans or other corals like them need to grow on a flat surface such as a rock instead of right on the sand 0_o

I bought a few of these. I think they will look nice once grown over.

Either place is fine. I tend not to put that kind of stuff in the sand anymore due to it can get covered by accident.

I couldn't find how big it was  for reference is the plug a half inch or over inch big thats on the first link
Er, the first one, with the one plug, is smaller than the second. The frag plug is regular sized, er probably 1" diameter ish...

You'll love the blasto. I have a blasto that is purple rim with green center and am loving it. I might pick up an abyss blasto soon.

alright sweet I'm gonna have to pick up a few :D I hate having random rock all over my sand -.- this thing I can put under the sand and just lift it out a bit as the coral grows :D

Look into Kush Corals. They have a Facebook page and a private group in which Bobby Moon uploads some amazing pieces weekly! Also his photos are as close to what it looks like in your tank as I have seen.
