looking for 250w ballast

As title says. I am wanting to upgrade to 250w ballasts. I currently run two 175w lights. Wanting 250w or an 8 bulb t5.

It is the black one it is a dual ballast I will do 75 for it with reflectors it did work

Also what is blue ballast? Is that a t5 ballast?

I plugged in the black one and it fired up. The blue one I am still trying to locate. Not sure what brand the black one is, I can't remember.
