Curious with all the bacteria focus you have I don't think I’ve read you talk much about carbon dosing. Do you have any experience with it or thoughts? My understanding right now is the positive of growing bacteria faster but a negative of not knowing exactly what bacteria is growing… so seems...

I too would like to know peoples own recipe quantities for their tanks. I have a 150g and a little confused on how much of each should be added. I see that you add the directed amounts of each part such as bacteria amino etc, but what about the added food and carbon dose such as vodka or vinegar?
