That's an awesome find. I had never heard of that at all. Very interesting. I definitely wonder if that is the root cause of my current issues. I just finished up a 20% water change on the tank and will leave the chemipure blue in for now. I gave the sand bed (shallow) a relatively mild stir up as well to get anything I could into the water column and down into the filtrationI wonder if the dying mushroom released a toxin?
