Hello i have this main viewing side of tank in shade getting no direct lighting at ~20 par. Its very limited space but i hope to put something there so i dont need to stare at the rock. This is a mixed reef so i dont think non photosynthetic ones will survive. Is there anything that would do fine down there and wouldnt invade its neighbours or easy to trim down without removing the entire rock? When i searched for low light coral, the results are usually for like 100 par so im not sure if any photosynthetic types would actually survive under such light

The space under all those torches

From another angle, theres not too much space

Blasomussas would 100% thrive there. Ive seen them in caves do better than in the sand. Mushrooms will do okay there and nps if you wanna commit to the feeding. You could also probably get away with a lepto

Thanks for the suggestions. I have looked into blastos and thought they need a bit more light but good to know they can thrive there. Lobo also seem interesting if the branching form doesnt encrust onto the rock would make trimming easier
